At Veloura, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your watch, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Watches that show signs of wear or damage.

    • Customized or engraved items.

    • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your item for a different model or color (subject to availability).

  • If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.

  • If it's of lesser value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

💰 Return & Refund Process

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
